The story of the name Gaia

First there was Chaos. Then came Gaia, “the ever-sure foundation of all”.

Two levels, entirely yours.

Gaia Residence is a detached two-level home of 150 m² in Palio, Kavala: bright, with sea and garden views, for up to 8 guests. The lower level is partly set into the ground (it isn't a basement) and stays cool.

No. Gaia Residence welcomes guests all year round. In winter there's a fireplace in the living room and air conditioning in every room.

Yes. The house has a private parking space and an outdoor area.

Self check-in with a key lockbox. We send you detailed instructions before you arrive.
